- Post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
- Attempt to access any other user's account.

3. Content:

All content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content. We may, but are not required to monitor or control the content posted via the Services and we cannot take responsibility for such content.

4. Modifications to the Service:

Nixdem reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
